Piñon: cozy, river-front Studio Casita w/fireplace

Piñon is a studio casita with Saltillo tile, a vaulted beam ceiling, ceiling fans, kiva fireplace (candles only) and an adobe feature wall. The cozy, fully outfitted kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and silver/dish/cookware. The ¾ bathroom      includes shower, sink, commode. Living and dining areas look toward the river with a sliding   glass door out to the covered patio that faces the river. The patio includes a gas BBQ grill and an outdoor dining and sitting area with river views. Easy access to the river.

Pinon can accommodate 2 (adults only) in a queen bed. Gas heat, thermostat controlled.
